We are the Eastern Orthodox Parish for Evansville, Owensboro, KY, and the entire Tri-State area.  Check our Calendar for a schedule of services; inquirers and visitors are always welcomed.

Regular Service Schedule:
Saturday   5PM  Great Vespers
Sunday     9AM  Orthros, 10AM Divine Liturgy

(Take Lloyd Expressway to Green River Rd. Exit, go south.  Drive west (right) off of Green River Road [intersection where Hacienda Restaurant is] onto Washington Ave.  We are on the south side  of Washington Ave., across from Schnucks on the opposite side of the street.  Look for canopy on east side of Building.  Enter through glass doors, and go down one level using elevator visible as you walk in front door)

 Our Parish Mission Statement is as follows:  Having been baptized into Christ, our parish seeks to live out the oneness of our Eastern Orthodox faith by being a caring, healing community that expresses and preserves the unchanging Tradition (Paradosis) of the Church.   All our welcome to join us in this eternal journey with the Triune God which is theosis; our ever growing life in the Spirit.

V. Rev. Fr. John Finley

Fr. John will be visiting our mission the weekend of September 18/19 in order to do training in byzantine chant, and to give a lecture to the general public on "Who is the Orthodox Church?" at 6PM after Evening Prayer (Great Vespers) that Saturday night.  For a complete schedule see our Calendar on this web site.
